Why I cannot uninstall this app

Im having samsung m51 , I format my phone that time these was no app name "Samsung Wallet" but yesterday I format my device I got a app called samsung wallet , I can't disable or uninstall it it's so irritating I want to remove this app from my device

you can't uninstall it it's inbuilt
which is preinstalled by samsung .

1. Click on app info
2. Then Change System Settings
3. Disable allow permission

Touch and hold samsung wallet app and tap to i mark located in upper right and you can see all settings related to this app. I attached screenshots for your reference.

I respect your answers, but in samsung m51 it it undelete nor disable but it's taking alot of memory so is there any way to stop this app using storage or memory? And I want to tell you one thing when I format before I don't have this app name Samsung Wallet, but it might be in zipped apps I don't know , give your answers

I put that app on deep sleep , off every. Permission, now it says samsung wallet manually disabled
