When I should not use Fast Charging Option?

I noticed an option in charging section which says 'Fast Charging'. My question is that should user keep this option always turned on?

(which I think 96.23% people will keep it on always) or this option is for those time when we need to charge device quickly during urgent time?

If you want to charge is overnight, you may keep the option off. People say Fast Charging (overcharging) affects battery life.

u can keep it off while u r charging when u got more than 25%

See, if you are in no rush, then avoid it as fast charging results in excessive heating of device..
