i have already raised it and reply which i am getting is "please restore from samsung cloud" tell me one thing if i am not deleting it then how is it getting deleted.. and instead of restoring or storing in cloud provide me some proper solution. i know when to use cloud and when not
I am having same kind of problem. WhatsApp media is getting deleted automatically in my Samsung m30s and i want to tell that i dont have any cache remover app or anything which can affect this in any way. I need a proper solution. This seems to be a samsung specific problem.
Same issue I have too in f62. The previously downloaded media is getting deleted but this is happening from my dual whatsapp. Samsung cust don't seem to be able to help. I reinstalled it and all the media gets restored but after 12 hours it automatically gets removed.
Hi Samsung, in my dual whatsapp the media restored while installing the whatsapp is getting deleted after a day or so. despite repeated complaints your team could not resolve it and told me it's a whatsapp issue and that whatsapp has acknowledged that. So shouldn't it happen in all phones of all brands? So I tried dual app in an oppo phone, the media is still there after 3 days. Pls explain how is that happening?
I complained regarding this to samsung. Surprisingly this is happening mostly in samsung and not other brands like MI, OPPO etc. When I asked them what the issue was, Samsung HO refused to acknowledge it although they could not explain why any of this was happening but they don't want to take responsibility or do anything about it. I expected so much out of samsung but I guess the tech team there is clearly letting us down.
