How to disable this because it is neither download through wifi nor by mobile data and it continuously came and whenever I cancel it it didn't cancelled.

You can connect to a wi-fi then it will download itself.
Or you can just press the notification and the click on turn off notifications to not view it.

If you are connecting it to a hotspot then you have to set it as unmetred connection

Why?? It worked for me...It was not downloading using my phone's internet, then I connected to wi-fi and woh complete ho gaya.

Mere saath aur bahut users ke saath ye work nahi kara isliye bola
Maine 2 alag alag wifi se try kiya phir bhi nahi hua .
Bahut users ne bhi try kara par unka bhi nahi hua
