Wallpaper services (glance on Samsung) not working

Dear All,

Can someone help me (glance on Samsung) in wallpaper services not working even i done reset all settings.

Secondly in the same service (story topics) there is no option available only available is daily digest even that is not working on lock screen.

Is this after updating to Android 12 or recently?

Because Android 12 did make few changes including dynamic wallpapers on the lock screen

I got last updat in March, please find the attached screen shot for your reference

Step 1. Open Settings and select Wallpaper. 

Step 2. Select Wallpaper services. 

Step 3. Select first one

Please follow the troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Go to settings > click search option > find wallpaper services app > click wallpaper services app> click storage options , clear data this app and restart your device.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
