You might have set network to LTE only.
Since volte is not supported you need to set network on 2G/3G/4G auto switch. Then you will be able to call, but internet will get disconnected.

You or Samsung or us can't do anything about it,
It's VIs problem, they have to update their supported phones list and their network.
So better to Switch to Jio.

and they have pathetic service as far as network is considered.
