VoWiFi is not working on Galaxy M31 phone

Hi,

We have recently purchased Samsung M31 phone and try to configure the VoWiFi.  I have both Jio and Airtel Sim and this feature is not working on either of SIM. As per airtel site this phone is supporting the Wifi Calling.

Please help to resolve the issue.

Just want to update here that I checked the same phone with prepaid sim and it is working with that sim.  So looks like they have not enabled the wifi calling in my postpaid sim. I will check with airtel for the same.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Kindly perform the below mentioned few of the quick steps:
1) Enable data roaming (while in roaming).
Apps screen > Settings > Connections >Mobile Networks > Enable Data roaming.
2) Check network mode settings:
Select the network mode e.g LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).

Apps screen > Settings >Connections >Mobile networks > Network mode SIM1/ SIM2 > network mode.

If the issue still persists kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application(attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes):- Samsung Members App>Feedback >Question /Error>Attach log file.
