VoWiFi is not working on Galaxy M31 phone

Hi,

 

We have recently purchased Samsung M31 phone and try to configure the VoWiFi.  I have both Jio and Airtel Sim and this feature is not working on either of SIM. As per airtel site this phone is supporting the Wifi Calling.

Hi,

 

I tried to reset the network and accessibility reset but it still not working.  Same issue is still there and no option is showing to call through wifi.

don't use dual volte just set airtel in 3G and use wifi calling for jio

Hi,

 

This setting is not working, I set 3g on airtel and volte on Jio but Wifi calling is not enable for Jio sim.  Looks like Jio is still not supporting to Samsung Galaxy M31 phone.  I expect Airtel should be work because this phone is listed on airtel site as VoWifi enabled phone.

try factory reset take out sim tray wipe clean sim card of any dirt preventing contact error in sim tray inside after factory reset put sim back and again try keep phone updated clear cache
maybe vowifi has been downgraded to LTE 3g 2g bandwidth to counter heavy network traffic during lockdown hopefully it'll be back on after corona lockdown else try vowifi in other smartphone if it works then it's network settings problem from service providers side👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is just 10 days  old phone so do you think it will help after factory reset.  Recently i configured everything and updated the software also.  It never worked..

use wifi network or mobile data if vowifi troubles you for timebeing because requires heavy network bandwidth to give crisp calls over Wi-Fi 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

just try factory reset and yes I got another post saying vowifi not working I think to counter severe network traffic all network providers have downgraded network settings to LTE 3g 2g network and suspended vowifi for the moment 👍👍👍👍👍
