Video call during normal voice call feature disabled

Till day I was using the feature video call conversion while in normal voice call for same network. There was a button to switch voice call to video call. Now today it's been disabled without any software updation. Can anyone tell me how to enable that feature.

Hi Bro.
I am using Galaxy S21FE and in my smartphone this feature works well when I am calling someone with the same network provider.For example,if I am calling from my jio sim to the next person who is using a jio sim,this feature works perfectly but in case I call someone who uses Airtel or any other sim rather then the same sim card which I use,it doesn't work..
I recommend you to try calling someone to the same network provider and check if the issue gets resolved or not.

Hi bro.
Yes this feature with the same condition was working well in my mobile but suddenly it is not working. That's why I thought of asking in forum. If you have any suggestion or to change/adjust this feature please let me know. Thank you

Video calling uses your balance. If you are on unlimited plan than it is only for voice calling and not for video calling. Top up ₹10 as your balance if the balance is ₹0.00 and then try switching from voice to video call

Hi bro,
As I'm using unlimited plans for past 4 or 5 years. Till yesterday I didn't made any top ups like that and I easily made call switching during call. I was never interrupted. Yet I'm not getting what could have happened.

As per your query, we suggest you kindly update your phone app and clear the cache of the phone app.
Clear Cache: Settings > Apps > Phone App > Storage > Clear Cache.

If the issue still persists kindly report the problems of your Samsung smartphone with a log file and also share the screenshot of the error if occurs. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
