Vi Sim, can't connect internet while calling

Hi, I cannot use internet if I make a call or if i receive a call on vi network. I have enabled volte in settings for Sim 1. 
 
 Does anyone face this problem in f62 or other Samsung smartphones? But if I put jio Sim, then I can call and surf simultaneously.
 
 Vi network has unlimited data at night, so I don't want to port to other networks. But if I cannot resolve this problem, then I must port out...plz help

Check of VoLte is available in your area from Vodafone.
Data while call will only work if your phone have VoLte and your carrier have it too.

It is showing volte. But I think this might be the problem. When I contacted vi, they said my device has problem. but when i countered them by saying jio has no problem with this, they gave lame excuses like restart, put Sim card in slot 2 etc...

**bleep** Vi!! I thought of recharging with yearly plan before price hike. but now I must port

Aapke pass vi Sim Hai to usme data alerts aate Hai kya 😑

Now using jio. Vi data alert normally came after 90% data used or like last 100mb left
