Very bad camera experience on m34 5g

I have using Samsung phones for a long time but I have never seen such a poor camera on any Samsung phones. Front camera is useless. Too much noise even in day time indoor and in night in good lighting condition. Very disappointed.

Please clear catche and clear data of this app and reset camera settings then try to it's again also complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Same device , amazed with camera..you must came from S Series or your temper covering the front camera

It's not software issue.. indoor it has noise... but output is quick good from main camera... many 20000 phone cannot give such good output...

This has better then decent from my perspective.. Idk what you need from this price range device now
I don't think they can provide expensive Hardware for this price .

May be your phone is doing better than mine, so you are not understanding. I know how a phone of this price can perform. I have other Samsung phone which costs lesser than this.

As per your query, we'd request you to follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Check physical condition of your camera lens.
Broken camera lens>> Scratchy camera lens.
Note: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

Reset camera settings:
From the home screen tap on Camera>>Tap on Settings>>Scroll up and tap on Reset settings>> Tap on Reset.

Clear camera application data-
Kindly check the device once after clearing the data from the camera app.
Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on Camera>>Tap on Storage>>Tap on Clear Data>>

Remove third party application
Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications.
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Select the third-party application from Apps (Eg. DU Recorder) >>Tap on Uninstall>>

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
