Update M31 As Soon As Possible.

Its been about 1 month since the messed up ota update for M31, now the lockdown is also relaxed in most of the places.

Please update this device because, it badly needs optimization, and the lack of it is creating a bad impression of Samsung between users and future buyers, 

Things that need to be fixed.

1. Performance - Even M30s performs better than this with the same processor, while playing games or in day to day task.

2. Battery performance - Sometimes the battery drains much faster like 4500 mah battery.

3. Camera - Implement agressive noise reduction algorithms to produce sharp images in main and selfie cam, specially in low light, nobody want a soft looking image.

4. Ram Management - Optimize the RAM management, sometimes this device lags like hell due to this.

5. Earphone sound quality - M30s has a better earphone sound quality, please fix this.

6. Proper pro mode in camera, or enable camera 2 api.

7. One UI update.

Didn't expect this kind of support to a new device from Samsung, other brands are doing far better in this regard.

So please push an ota with fixes, as soon as possible.

did u have same blue screen problem and have u used the samsung Odin tool solution they have???

you will get it in May month Definitely. you can also check notice of 1st may in notice box to see the list of devices and updates schedule

yes the update process in M series smartphone is very pathetic and the camera performance in low light is very pathetic and the night mode is the worst. The software they are using is different for different series, who does this kind of stuff. Samsung should really work on its updates and the camera specially low light performance and night mode

And one thing more how much battery backup are you getting on one charge, I'm getting around 13-14 hrs with hotspot on for 3-4 hrs and still 20% battery left at end of day
