Galaxy MDear Sir,
I have a problem with my recently purchased Galaxy M21. The problem is that , though there is a setting available for wifi calling I am unable to use it in Jio network. I contacted Jio technical team and they informed me that M21 does not support wifi calling in their network. Immediately I communicated this matter to Samsung. In response to my question, your customer care team has informed me that, M21 is not compatible for wifi calling facility. In this connection, I wish to inform you that, this phone is having wifi calling facility enabled in that and the issue is that I am unable to make wifi calls through reliance Jio connection.
Before, I made the decision to purchase this model, I had chatted two times through your website to ascertain whether this model support wifi calling and at that time I was informed that this model is having wifi calling facility. It is quiet unfortunate that, the customer care team is giving contradictory answer to a layman’s query after forcing him to purchase a wrong model. I am sad and shocked to see that a company like Samsung is giving false information regarding their product to their customers.
I sincerely believe that it is only a minor technical snag and if you take this technical issue with Airtel and Jio, this model can be made compatible for wifi calling in their networks. I request you to please have this matter re-examined and inform me whether the wifi calling facility available in this phone can be used to connect to Reliance Jio and Airtel networks.

Galaxy MI think, you have strong radio network available in your area. In my experience, when radio network becomes weak an you have strong broadband IP network accessible, M21 switches automatically to Wifi calling mode and vice versa. You may try wifi calling where Airtel network signals are weak.
