Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.
Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
a) From the home screen tap on Message.
b) Messaging screen will appear, tap on New message. Now tap on the Contact list to select the contact number.
c) Once contact is entered, Tap on the message you need to send to the contact.
d) Once the message is written, tap on the Attachments option as shown below in order to send an MMS Message.
e) Attach file is opened, Tap on Pictures in order to attach the photo for the message. Now tap on Gallery to upload a picture from the gallery.
f) Now, select the photo that you want to add to the message and tap on Done.
g) Once the file is selected ( For example Picture file as shown below), Your job is now done. Tap Send to send the MMS message to the desired Contact.
Kindly contact your network service provider once to make sure there is no issue from their end.
If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center. Below is the link to find nearest service center
