Unable to get JIO 5G Network on M32 5G even after Android 13 update

I have M32 5G and already updated latest Android 13 One Ui 5 but still I am unable to get JIO 5G Network. Same SIM works fine on other 5G Phone M52 with 5G Network. Anyone knows if any further Update is pending for M32 5G to enable for 5G Network?

Yes I have already got JIO Welcome Offer and 5G Unlimited plan is activated.
Same SIM is working with 5G Network on other mobile Samsung M52 5G

The problem is that after  UI 5 update 5g network has just gone. There is some bug that might be causing this. Please, look into the matter carefully. (specific to m32 5g)

I m getting jio 5g bt when i go to airtel still it is showing ur headset is not supportive for 5g

Maybe the required 5g "band" is not available
