Unable to charge M51 post Jun 2024 Update

Iam unable to chare my mobile post latest update for m51. Nor iam able to use OTG feature.

Phone keeps starting and stoping chargeing. 

Please fix this issue.

Tried changing cable and factory reset.

Same cable and charger charge other phones but not my m51

I know it is a software issue, let's see if they accept it or not

Plus for my device I think this is the last update, good way to make us buy a new device 😀

Why not
They will say to change the charging port and charge ₹1000-1200.
