USB connection Problems

After last update external USB device isn’t connected via OTG cable.  I am facing this issue seriously.  Also i am try  lot of type OTG cable.  

Its not working. 

( When i am connecting with PC its working but Via OTG cable its not working) 

 Now i can't use any pendrive or mouse etc in my device.

* Open Samsung member app > Get Help > Interactive check > Choose the phone hardware you want to check and optimize performance(eg. ports).

* Try different OTG with your device and check by another pen drive.
