USB Connector Connected/Disconnected error

I have received an weird error on my new samsung galaxy m40 mobile it is showing automatically an notification error "USB connector/disconnected" regularly 

i have charging this  mobile with its original charger adapter every time but for last 3-4 days this error comes continuously

i have also visit the official service center they fix the issue by updating its software but after sometime this error comes again 

so please help me regarding this issue it make my device heat and draining the battery

I was facing usb connected disconnected isuue in Samsung M40 since a week.

This option(Settings -> Privacy -> Settings Reset -> Reset Phone)  is currently not available with Android 10 with ONE UI 2.0. 

whats the solution for  USB connector/disconnected error ?

because of this error display keepts getting on and off and battery is draining too fast.
