Can anyone help me to find "Other files" section? Where can I find the other files, so that I can delete files and open up more space for my mobile.

Previously, I owned M series (Samsung), it has a storage of 64GB, and still never shown me storage full. I used my old phone for 4 years, never gave me any problem related to storage issues. But my new phone which I bought 3 months ago is giving me trouble with storage issue.

Kindly, help me to find "other files" section, where should I go to uninstall or check on it. Thanks in advance.

Other files folder is hidden and cannot be accessed or deleted. This folder contains files required for apps to work like configuration files, app data, logs, caches etc.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the “Other” storage category contains data from apps you have installed on your smartphone or tablet. It includes items such as system files, cached data, and temporary files that do not fall into any other storage categories.

The data contained in the “Other” storage category cannot be deleted directly from your device. However, you can clear some of it by deleting cache or app data by the given link.

Clear app cache and data: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-to-clear-app-cache-and-data-in-samsung-devices...

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
