Just a tip You should never charge your phone overnight even if it's on basic cable charge it'll take max 2-3 hours but overnight is still way beyond.

That's where Samsung comes in with their magic update. After the 3.1 updates the charging speed so slow.
It will take an entire night to charge the device and if you live in a cold place it can be also used as a room heater since it will generate adequate heat to make your room comfy.

There is no such settings..

You can add device care widgets on your homescreen, might help you in some extent but not what you are looking for

Go to settings and click on "battery and device care" then click on 3 dots and click on "add to apps screen"
Doing this will add device care in your app drawer, now you can long press and add it to your home screen

It is not a direct shortcut but you can access it with a few clicks lesser than usual

Actually there was a way but it's a little complex, so forget it😅
