Is task changer app available for Galaxy M40?

I am not able to find it. And some available apks are not being installed here. Can anyone suggest please?

Tried downloading different versions including old and new versions. but all the time it shows that App Not Installed

if u download from chrome or any other browser u have to enable unknown source

yes i know that brother, have given permissions to install apps and i have downloaded many apps from that. I downloaded it from Chrome
