Please work on my feedback urgently:-

OTG not supported in my Samsung galaxy m31s,  daily home screen wallpaper changer not given,  hindi indian version Calendar not given , all m31s galaxy applications are unsupported showing,  camera blur photo, screen  wake time is longer taken, .

Need to inprove ultra clear display by giving software update also remove darkeness and yellowness asap before university exams. 

Battery drained quicker after 11 update also very low quality sound during Microsoft team meeting or other platform, HD clear sound are not giving in jio volte .

Provide 4G+ Network in Samsung galaxy m31s. 

Give screen recorder, voice recording, direct video calling, vowifi +, 5G wifi supported band update.

Phone heating very quickly in single task / uses.

 In my old Samsung tab 4 ,Samsung on5 or Samsung led TV no any updates given on Samsung global website, also no accessories available ie.. battery case earphone or any thing.

In sw case Samsung update are very poor quality without any quality testing updates are given, also other companies likes oppo vivo provide free software update after proper quality checked in service center, 

but Samsung taking 499 sw charge + 250 jobsheet charge+ 300 phone checking charge= totally rob customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Very poor quality online and offline support in Samsung. 

Only battery is good, but very slow internet browsing and phone operation .

 phone lag , auto restart, white display,hang, call dropped etc ......

Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from unique users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, youtube, samsung content help( google it),samsung live chat,twitter, instagram,facebook,linkedin,etc. It is the power of our feedbacks only , that samsung started to give clipboard in many devices.

I've used otgs before and after seeing your post I just tried...works just fine.
Maybe your OTG is faulty brother...try another one.

Too many Concern is sent through email , call and twitter post but nothing happened till now!!!! .
Listion it's customer / user mercy that whether he left his comments, feedback ,or compliant.

You are talking error report many times error report are in your system but your publickly showing off habbit isn't change by me.
