When i video call from whatapps, instagram or massager then mic problem, sound not goes from mic,i check all setting all fine but not sounds going ..normal call is good, but video call is mic problem....


Anyway solution this .....

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

We would request you perform a "Mic" test using the Samsung Members app.

Disconnect all accessories: Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.

Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)

Restart the device and record your voice to verify:
Step 1: Press & hold the power key.
Step 2: Tap on Restart.
Step 3: Tap again to Restart your phone.

Record your voice by using "Voice recorder" and play the recorded audio:
Step 1: Navigate to the apps screen and tap on the Samsung folder.
Step 2: Tap on Voice Recorder.
Step 3: Tap on recording to record your voice then tap on Stop to save the recording.
Step 4: Tap on Save.
5: Select and tap on recently recorded audio to hear the audio quality.
Note: If the recorded audio quality is good, then your microphone is working fine.

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your application issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.

Kindly contact the particular application helpline once, to make sure there is no issue from their end. You can reach the app developer through the email channel for which you please login to Play Store> select more option> select installed app> click on read more.
