Sumsung Display Colour tone changed

Dear Samsung,

I've been using the Samsung Galaxy M51 for 3 years now. The phone was running fine until 22.02.24 when I noticed a display issue. The color has become a bit dull, and it seems like a layer of grey sheet is covering the glass. This appears to be a software issue, similar to one I faced 6 months ago, which took 15-20 days to resolve online after numerous complaints to Samsung communities. These recurring display problems are causing irritation in my eyes. I've tried troubleshooting steps like switching on/off, factory reset, and updates, but nothing has helped. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Keep complaining. This is the second time I am facing the same issue. The first time, after several complaints, they resolved it, but it took almost 15 days.
