Start Second Screen feature unable to access in Smart View

Hi,

I'm unable to see 'Start Second Screen' hidden feature of Smart View in my Galaxy M33 after recent update. Also unable to access the developer option of Smart View. 

That was really awesome and very helpful feature by Samsung, That I had to use on regular basis.... If Anyone have solution please guide.... 

Please Provide me with some solution or any other tip.
