Speaker turning on automatically During calls

Hi,

I recently Got a software update in Galaxy M30s. after which the speaker sometimes automatically turns on during calls please help me with this matter.

Also observed that some of the J series and S series also having same issue

its better to go series center and reinstall software maybe slove your problem

1st send error reports using Samsung members. Then visit service center for reflashing software.

Also next time if you have pc or laptop install smartswitch and update using it for glitch free experience.
