Sound issue

I notice that in windows laptop, sound quality is 1000× times better than m30s from the same headphone, be it bluetooth or, wired.

Is it hardware limitation or, some settings wrong ??

REASON IS AUDIO AMPLIFIER'S DIFFERENCE !
MAY SAMSUNG M30s LOW CLASS AMPLIFIER !

SAME WITH MY F62 MY OLD PHONE(J7PRIME2) HAVE BETTER SOUND RICHNESS,BASS AND VOCAL THAN F62 !
