Phone restating issue

My Samsung m21 is getting restarted automatically & stucks to Samsung logo , it won't open for hrs , I have to make it restart my holding power & volume down key for 30sec & it's happening daily help me 

Before I thought Samsung have best phones & now this phone is lagging & it's battery is also weak now it takes 50% battery for my 5hr zoom classes.

For me. Microsoft teams app 3.5 hours of online classes. It drains by 52%.
Today tried factory data reset. Hope it will be solved.

If Frequently Restarts , U Didn't Have To Use Ur Phone Ur Device Needs Replacement Of Motherboard.

If Sometimes It May A Sw Glitch. Try Factory Data Reset.

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.

I can't factory data reset I m a student & I have my important files & documents I can't do that

& Is it sure after changing motherboard phone won't restart

Try uninstalling updates of android system webview and clear data also.
Then, update this app from Play Store.

Try this, let me know the results.

How to uninstall updates of android system webview I can't uninstall it , I can only disable it
& There is no downgrade option too
