Settings are set as per requirement
 Hey,
I'm facing this issue on my M53, where Jio My offer App doesn't take handset settings under consideration and Hence, I'm unable to use Jio 5g at all. It was working fine a week ago and now I'm facing this issue. 
Does anyone know any solution?

Did 5G ever worked for you or you jist never even got to connect to it.

Same issue brother. What are you doing to solve the issue? I think I might have to hard reset the phone and I really dont want to do that.

Not solved as i use jiofiber at home so i donot even think that m53 is 5g phone i consider it as another 4G phone

Try reset network settings once. If still doesn't work Try manually selecting 5G network and then try in my jio app.

I followed this guide and your suggestion is part of guide I have linked above. I didn't knew about network reset settings.
