Samsung I request you to please provide Galaxy M30 users with One UI 3.0 upgrade along with android 11. It is a bit disappointing that device such as Galaxy M30, Galaxy M20, and Galaxy S10e are missing from your list of devices that have received the updates even though they were bought with the android 9 update in the year 2020 which makes them eligible for one more eligible update, so maybe you can an provide update to GalaxyM30 that were bought with android 9 along with other devices. I hope you find this convincing. 😇

Samsung provides 2 major OS updates according to their update policy and as M30 was launched with Android 8.1 so it is now running on Android 10

So as you can see M30 has already completed its 2 major OS updates so it won't get android 11 update

It DOESN'T MATTER with which Android version you bought your device, what actually MATTERS is with which android version the phone was launched.......

The devices that your are talking about which got android 11 update because they were launched with Android 9 so according to the OS update policy they got android 11

And from where did you get to know that S10e isn't in the list??? Check the One Ui 3.0 update list again the S10e got the update. 👇 👇 👇

Sorry I didn't checked thoroughly and missed S10e and regarding M30, I want to say that it is not fair to their user to experience single major update despite mentioning two updates in their policies (I know that it is mentioned that they will provide update to devices based on which Android version it was released on). But still this ruins the Samsung user's experience.

I am just requesting Samsung to provide updates to those who are in same condition as me. What harm could it do to the developer community ? Instead they would enhance their left out user's experience and might end up having more user😄😄😄

I also want to say that my actual post is just a request and not an argument.
