As per your concern kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Note: Make sure the SIM card is working on another device if not then kindly contact your network service provider.
Once re-insert the SIM and restart your device it is working or not.
If the SIM is working well in another device then kindly perform the following steps.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
