Show Charging Information Not working

I have turned on 'show charging information' on the settings inside the display option. 
but, when I plugged in the charger, the info doesn't come after the device is locked (in the black screen)like charging ..%, 1 hour until full like that.
Is there any solution, guys?

Go to settings> Notifications> Status bar> Show battery percentage > Now on this option

that's already on.
I am not talking about on notification.
I am talking about the info that it shows after locking the device with power button and plugging the charger. then, it shows battery percentage and info of until full without turning on AOD

Go to Settings>Display>turn on Show charging information, I hope this solves it

Thanks everyone for your concerned. I did factory reset and everything worked fine after then all problem solved.
