charging information not showing

I am using m21 device right now and the issue is:-

It does not show charging information while charging the phone and when the always-on display setting is off. 

Earlier it used to show the battery percentage and the time remaining, Even after the always-on display setting is off.

Even though this feature is available in samsung m21 under the settings-> display-> show charging Information, this is NOT working. 

This is a minor issue or a bug that needs to be corrected and i believe samsung will soon resolve this issue in future updates .......

If anyone have encountered with this bug then comment below ..........

I think it is due to the new update....

Try to wipe cache partition or first try in safe mode

Once perform normal phone reset settings

Settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

That's normal phone reset settings(not a factory reset)..

Also you can clear AOD data
