Screens recorder option isn't showing in quick settings

I'm not able to find the screen recording option in my quick settings, also searched for it in settings but didn't get any results 

Is it happening because I used Samsung smart switch to transfer all my data to my samsung m13 (4g)?

Is there any fix?

Which device do you have? Some devices doesn't support screen recording though.

In case you see the recording icon greyed out, most likely this feature is restricted. To remove the limitation, do the following: Open Settings > Screen Time > Content&Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions. Then scroll down to the Game Center section > Screen Recording to proceed.
