galaxy m21 error

Sir i a student Iam write an online exam During online exam my phone autonatically started screen recording and stored that recorded bideos on gallery 

what can i do for turn off Staffs are told me to turn of But no option in my settings Not option related to screen recorder in notification bar Not showing in settings also

Exactly, there is no inbuilt screen recording feature in m21 .
How did it happen ?

if you haven't screen recorder then how it record dear?

I think you've downloaded a 3rd party screen recorder app without your knowledge and that particular app is misbehaving now. So i suggest you to go to the apps section in the settings , search that screen recorder app and delete it. If you are not able to unistall that app then you have to reset your phone but before this i suggest you to back up all your data .
