I don't know what's the issue Screen recorder not working

I am using M30s from 2 years as As samsung thinks that Screen recorder is premium feature.. they didn't provide inbuilt app...so I  tired many 3rd party screen recorders some are hanging some are heating up mobile... Someone suggested here "screen recorder app"

which is working very will I love it  so much, but recently when I try record it's showing error (screenshot 2)

.. tried all possible ways like reinstall the app.. restart the mobile, change some settings... But none worked well... I fed up and started using another app but mostly all are heating up mobile or hanging.. any M30s user facing same issue or any solution for that...

1st step Clear the data app with Uninstall the screen recording app

2nd step Restart your device

3rd step reinstall the screen recording app which you provide

Maybe it works.

U can try du recorder apk on Google

Download Xrecorder from Playstore. It works well
