After the recent update, whenever I try to use Smart View to cast my screen to the TV, the screen freezes and then the device restarts

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon.
