​I'm a Samsung user. About three months ago, my phone received the UI 7 update. After the update, I experienced problems such as heating, throttling, lagging, and battery drain. A few smaller updates later, these issues were largely resolved.

​Now, my Samsung M34 phone has a new problem: the display freezes every 30 minutes. The issue is temporarily solved after rebooting the device two or three times.

​This problem is significantly disrupting my daily studies and meetings. Please resolve this display freezing issue as soon as possible.

It's a major update reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
