Galaxy MI'm a Samsung user. About three months ago, my phone received the UI 7 update. After the update, I experienced problems such as heating, throttling, lagging, and battery drain. A few smaller updates later, these issues were largely resolved.
Now, my Samsung M34 phone has a new problem: the display freezes every 30 minutes. The issue is temporarily solved after rebooting the device two or three times.
This problem is significantly disrupting my daily studies and meetings. Please resolve this display freezing issue as soon as possible.

As you are facing multiple issues with your device, we kindly ask you to share the log file with us. Additionally, if you have any video clips or images that illustrate the problem, it would greatly enhance our understanding.
Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
