The voice input feature is really a good feature by samsung - but it have many issues 
1. Can not recognize proper words 
2. Automatically change para 
3. Wrong word pronounsation 
Also some small defects

Each follow a different strategy and learning model. First voice recognition app was "Siri".People went gaga over it. It had a problem. It was comfortable with American accent.Later on it evolved. Same with Alexa, Google,Samsung and others.
Diction plays an important role in speech recognition. Thus as said in my earlier post Indians pronounce the same word differently across India. Samsung's NLA algorithms is still in a learning curve.

Voice recognition is still evolving for Indian users. Accent changes in different state of India. Samsung's NLA is learning to decipher different pronunciations of the same word and evolving to cater different pronunciations and accents.
