Samsung phone return on flipkart

I have ordered samsung f14 5g few days back for my brother. It has few issues and my brother is highly disappointed with the device performance so he tried to return the device but I could see only replacement option. Can someone tell how to return a samsung mobile and get refund?

It's not particular to Samsung phones. It's the policy of Flipkart. You will have to deal with the Flipkart customer service.
