Samsung notes not working on M30

I'm unable to create Samsung notes ... If I try to create a new note it's force stopping by itself ..

check in the settings if you have given the permission of storage or try restarting the phone .

permissions are granted ... nothing is denied

reset app settings clear cache from apps
give it permissions for storage
and update phone

everything's clear ... permissions are given ...

then reset phone once

try to uninstall the notes app and then re install it, and then try to create a note, and remember to backup all your notes before uninstalling the application.
