After update facing hotspot issue

How can we reinstall android 9.0?? I don't want 10. Cant able to connect with windows 10. There is some hotspot issue in m30s after update.

Flash ur filmware with a factory version filmware then u will get android 9 again

I also faced some bugs on my A50 after the update
hotspot is turned off but still it's on

I think it's a display error, reflash ur filmware.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Uninstall apps.
a. One by one, uninstall any apps you downloaded just before your phone or tablet began having the issue.
b. After uninstalling each app, restart the phone or tablet and see if it is functioning normally.
c. After you uninstall the app that caused the issue, you can reinstall the other safe apps you just deleted.
