I am using samsung M31s from last 1.5 years and it suddenly went off and I reached samsung service center after 2 days got a call that my motherboard is having issue and need to replace and they don't the reason. And I paid the 8k which is half off my mobile cost.

After 2 months another samsung phone F41 1 year old having the same issue and reached the samsung service and no wonder same mother board problems and they don't know the reason and they need to replace the mother board with same 8k charges.

I called the samsung customer care and I raised complaint that every samsung phone having the same motherboard issue who has exynos processor and they don't agree that which is also strange I think samsung is looting customers after buying phone they sent unsupported security patches to old phone and they want to earn from motherboard replacement.

I never gone buy samsung again and suggest to everyone to look for other brands which have better standards

They don't agree? Ask those fools to come and search "motherboard" on this platform and they'll see thousands of posts.

Dear customer,

Samsung is cheating every body to make and release failure model Samsung F41.

I visited Samsung service. They said that this model is failure model. They are asking Rs. 6666. If the model is failure then the Samsung suppose to rectify the issue with free of cost.

Kindly Don't buy any samsung mobile product in future

Same issue in my phone. I talked with customer support, the executive person is saying we haven't received any complaint for F-41 issue with motherboard. this is not manufacturing defect. we will not replace it, you have to bear cost of replacement.
