Using 120hz refresh rate on my phone(galaxy m34) heats and battery drain fastly. So I always use 60 hz. 
Please give me any tips to reduce heat while using 120hz. Or samsung please give 90hz refresh rate option.

Do proper optimization of your phone.

1. One should understand that it's not fir gaming.
2.clear the cache.
3.dont use understand necessary apps.
4. Disable background processing.

Go through youtube videos for optimization of your phone model.

You are the master of your phone.get through knowledge.

You need Air Conditioners always on while using a phone with 120 hz.

Find a fan or wind near your location, then use the phone outside.

Remove the back cover of your phone when the temperature is above 37 C.

Don't use the phone under direct sunlight.

I prefer a cool place to use the phone outside.
