Galaxy MAutomatic restart is OFF already. Even I did factory reset. Issue never got resolved. I myself is a DELL H/w SME. So I tried all possible quick fixes and resolutions. Nothing changed. The phone keeps restarting even when it is left in idle/standby state. Ironically my phone restarts even during the phone set up stage after factory reset. To my knowledge my phone never had any water spillage or phone drop incident too. Looks like some damage has happened to some H/w peripheral due to some update from your end. Kindly give a solution to save your brand image. Infact this is the first samsung product I ever bought and I bought it on the very first day of its launch I guess. Samsung has made me pay back dearly by keeping me out of connectivity.

Galaxy Mwhat ever u said is true most of the M30s customers are facing this issue and asking to change the motherboard is not fair and samsung and the service centers are trying to extract money exactly after the warranty expiry. i too feel that samsung has to provide a update / replace the mother board if it is damaged by software update free of cost.

Galaxy Mdude, they are having this as a common template it seems, i dont know where you are from, am from chennai and am also facing same issue and got same response. Mine is under warranty period and told that water log had happened, am sure that, no chance for such to happen, as it will be on my table. The centers are working keeping target to achieve every month it seems. For me, they told to pay 5800Rs, warranty wont cover these issues. I read through the warranty points, not mentioned anywhere about such. Samsung, seems that became a looting company through service.
