Samsung m21 mobile have hanging and auto restarting problem

My samsung m21 mobile have hanging and auto restart problem. Samsung service center technician unable to found exact reason.

If in warranty then to change motherboard otherwise buy another mobile.

Same here with M21. I am now thinking to change motherboard, but now I am also confused

What is use of my M31 only 15 months old.
It's very tough decision to buy new.
Is there any chance to make it okay without changing motherboard.

Visit to service center or mail to samsung head office.So many m series user have same problem, I read reviews on Amazon, you tube.I am facing problem from 2.5 months.My hand set in warranty so motherboard replace in free of cost,but my problem not solve after changing motherboard.
