Samsung m01 charging issue

Very slow charging taking 3 hrs for 50% charge. I done factory reset still same. What should I do?

FIRST CHECK CABLE
CHECK CURRENT AMPERE (mA) WHICH ITS SUPPLYING
USE AMPERE APP TO GET THAT INFO
NOW SAME CHECK WITH OTHER CABLE IF BOTH CABLE HAVE BIG DIFFERENCE THEN CHANGE YOUR CABLE
IF NOT THEN
TRY AFTER CHANGING ADAPTER

IF NOT THEN
VISIT SERVICE CENTER AND INSPECT YOUR DEVICE ONCE

You want to connect the USB cable in correct side (front side )

When you kept reverse then it charge show


*FRONT SIDE 730 MA+

*REVERSE SIDE 40 MA !
