Title: Super Fast Charging not working after one ui 7 update

Software: One UI 7

After the One UI 7 update, my Galaxy M35:

No longer shows the "Super Fast Charging" toggle under Charging Settings — only "Fast Charging" is visible.

When using the original Samsung 25W C-to-C charger and cable (same one used on my father's Galaxy M14), it only charges when the USB-C plug is inserted in one direction (top or bottom side). The other orientation does nothing.


This behavior didn’t exist before the update. On the same cable and charger, my father’s M14 shows “Super Fast Charging” just fine.

I believe this is a handshake issue introduced in One UI 7. Please look into this and fix it in an update.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. It's been 1.5 month since I have updated my m35 and super fast charging is working fine although battery backup decreased a bit but it's good enough getting 8 hours of sot with gaming
The same exists in my mother's F23 it stopped showing super fast charging, i visited service center they replaced the charging port but after one month it again stopped working
I recommend you to visit service center or hard reset your device backup data to laptop or cloud using smart switch
And one thing if you visit service center first get your data backed up

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I also faced this issue, just clean well your phone charging port and usb port of your cable. Its happen due to moisture or dust.
