as of now according to Samsung giving superamoled under 20k is headache for them so they started using 10k cheap tft ips lcd displays with 2017-18 water drop notch and huge chin at down along with thick side bezels and 18:9 display ratio

Also, the m30s had one of the best cameras under 20k. However, the launch price of the m30s was 19k, as far as I can remember.

Nb: still m30s can take much better photos than m14.
