When i use the super steady mode on my galaxy m51 the video turns blurish. Even in bright light the video cleary shows a patchy effect on the video.
If i switch off super steady mode the video is clear again.
Strangely I have samsung m31s alomg with samsung s20plus on both of phone there is no such issue. I have reported this to samsung but no solution yet..
In m51 the video is blurry and looses sharpness as soon as super steady mode is switched on.
I would like to know if others face the same issue?
But on m31s which is cheaper and almost same camera version this does not happen.. Only on m51 the sharpness is lost considerably. Will share a video of the same .. it just makes the video unusable..
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Clear camera lens with microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.
* Reset camera settings Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
I have already performed the troubleshoot and dude dust does not come up during super steady mode and go away when super steady mode is off. 🤨👉Havent heard of dust with AI ..
😐👉Anyways I had already put up a bugs / error feedback on 29/09/2020 .. Atleast 2 major bugs/error are highlighted in that error report samsung has updated me that their technical team is reviewing it and will get back as soon as possible.
I just hope the fix comes early as the bug makes the video completely unusable and also during night mode pics the pictures have bright white dots with angle on them upon pinch zoom...
Will wait for samsung fix.. The reason for making this post is to know how many other have faced such issues and exchange if any fix or workaround is there for the same.. until samsung gives a fix..

😂👉Support said they are working reviewing log .. sadly due to covid cannt visit their service center else "Sir pe demara hota m51" ..
😂👉Seems Samsung is working on m52.. Overpriced phones ..that to with basic features having bugs.. n no priority in resolving the bugs ..
😂👉Dam i bought this phone bcoz i dont buy chinese... those virus breeders have killed millions around the world.. 😂👉Shud have tried LG or something.. atleast basic features would work gr8..
